I started out with a realtor that didn’t listen to me, pushed me to look at/think about properties I specifically said I didn’t like and in general left me feeling frustrated and ignored. Then I called Sarah. Within two weeks I put in an offer on the property I currently own and love. I would work with Sarah again in a heartbeat—she listened to what I was saying, showed me what I wanted to see, and was a tremendous help throughout the buying process. She shared advice and took the extra time to make sure my best interests were looked after. She helped me find a great home inspection company, made sure there was a home warranty included in the purchase agreement, and was able to answer all the questions of a first time buyer. As far as I’m concerned, a good realtor is the most important part of purchasing a property and I couldn’t have asked for a better one than Sarah. |

I worked with Sarah for the sale of my condo. Sarah exudes professionalism through and through. She presented all of the information I needed to list the property, followed through on getting it listed in a timely manner and helped guide me with pricing and any extras needed to help sell my property and maximize the price. She was there for multiple open houses, showings and in a tough market brought me an acceptable offer in half the days in comparison to a neighboring condo listed during the same market. I would definitely work with Sarah again for any future buying and/or selling needs and would happily refer all my friends and family to her as well. She was truly a joy to work with. |

I am writing today to say a huge “Thank You” to Sarah Schmidt for her excellent job at selling my condo in Verona. In a time when sales are low, and especially in the condo selling business, she took on the challenge of this hard sell with complete enthusiasm. My condo was listed with another broker for one year prior to Sarah taking on the listing. With her suggestions on staging and marketing, it was sold within 3 months. During the offer to purchase process, there were several issues that needed to be ironed out with the condo association. Sarah worked very hard to get resolution, all the while keeping me in the loop yet relaxed about the issues – which was not an easy task! Since the sale of my condo, I have since bought a home in Verona and used Sarah as my realtor – again, another fun and wonderful experience. I truly enjoy working with Sarah and would highly recommend her as your next real estate agent!
